Step 1: Visit a School
Come and experience our Early Childhood (Nursery, Pre-K, and Kindergarten), Elementary (grades 1–5) and Middle School (grades 6–8) programs for yourself. A school representative will accompany you on your tour. Meet our principals, faculty, students and other parents; see our classrooms and technology; and view our recreational facilities.

If you are a member of one of our parish families, we recommend visiting the school associated with your parish but there is no requirement that you attend a specific school. You are encouraged to tour the schools served by buses provided by your child’s local school district (typically within a 15 mile radius of your home) and to select the school that will serve your family’s needs best.
Step 2: Complete Admissions Application
For children as young as 3 years-old who will be moving into Nursery, through students currently attending other schools up to and including 8th grade, the application process is completed with a visit to the school.
The school you choose will discuss any special learning needs (IEP’s, 504 Plans, special language needs or other accommodations) with you and offer you a seat in one of their classrooms on a space available basis
During the interview at the school you will complete the application process and pay a nominal registration fee to hold your child’s place.

Step 3: Apply for Financial Aid
Students entering Grades Kindergarten through 8 are offered Financial Assistance/Scholarship awards that are granted on a needs basis as funds are available. Primary scholarship funding is done through the Tomorrow’s Hope Foundation, a Long Island-based charity set up exclusively to support families wishing to send their child(ren) to Catholic elementary school. The earlier qualifying families apply and submit all required documents, the better their chances of receiving Financial Assistance.

Tomorrow’s Hope FoundationDuring your visit to the school of your choice you should also ask about the availability of scholarships/grants from the parish(es), and from local organizations like the Knights of Columbus.
Alternately, Catholic School Tuition Loans are available from partners like Ocean Financial Federal Credit Union.
We encourage all incoming families to fill out the financial assistance forms to secure their child’s spot in one of our Catholic schools.
