We are delighted to cast a well-deserved spotlight on the remarkable Mrs. Marian Buckley! Mrs. Buckley is an experienced educator with a passion for teaching young children. She currently teaches at Holy Family School in Hicksville, NY, where she specializes in Pre-K education. With 26 years of teaching experience, Mrs. Buckley is well-equipped to provide a nurturing and engaging learning environment for her students. In addition to her expertise in elementary education for grades N-6, she also holds a specialization in Early Childhood Education for grades N-3.

It was an incredibly fun-filled week for the students at Long Island Catholic Elementary Schools! The atmosphere was filled with excitement as the students eagerly anticipated the arrival of summer break. They embarked on thrilling field trips, commemorated the momentous occasion of Eighth Grade graduation, and celebrated Mass, offering gratitude to God for a remarkable school year. Moreover, a number of eighth graders received the sacrament of Confirmation, adding to the significance of the week! From lively field days filled with laughter and camaraderie to basking in the warm sun and immersing themselves in joyful carnival festivities, every experience was a treasure.

We are pleased to shine a spotlight on Mrs. Nicole Hartmann, an alumna who is currently serving as a Pre-K teacher at St. Patrick School in Smithtown! Mrs. Nicole Hartmann began her education at St. Patrick School, where she attended from kindergarten through eighth grade. She continued her Catholic studies in high school at St. John the Baptist DHS. Afterward, she graduated from Dowling College and obtained her NYS Teacher Certification in childhood and special education.
