This week, Long Island Catholic Schools had many exciting events to capture St. Patrick’s Day, National Pi Day, and other activities to grow in education and in faith. For St. Patrickβs Day, the schools participated in creative activities such as making leprechaun traps, learning the colors of the rainbow from big buddies, and learning about the importance of St. Patrick.Β

As the current Principal of St. Patrick School in Bay Shore, NY, and the former Religious Education Teacher at St. Francis Preparatory School, Ms. Glynn sure is a true gift to our community!

We are so proud to feature Nicholas Perrotta, alumnus of Long Beach Catholic Regional School in Long Beach, NY in our Alumni Spotlight! He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Management from Loyola University, and is now the owner of three companies. He is also an active member of the City of Long Beach Chamber of Commerce and is greatly involved at his current parish, St. Ignatius Martyr.
