Saint James, also known as James the Greater or Santiago in Spanish, was one of the twelve apostles of Jesus Christ and holds a significant place in Christian history. He is often referred to as Saint James the Greater to distinguish him from another apostle, James the Lesser. He was the first apostle to be martyred for Christ and his feast day is July 25th.

As the school year comes to a close, we celebrate some of the unique qualities that make the DRVC Catholic schools so amazing: our Catholic faith, strong communities, and caring faculty and staff! Each of these wonderful qualities were on display during this final week of school. The students participated in spiritually-nurturing Novenas, fun-filled field days, exciting shadow days, and special graduation celebrations over the past week. As the 2023-2024 school year comes to an end, we reflect on all of the priceless memories that we made but also look forward to all of the opportunities that the 2024-2025 school year at DRVC has to offer!
